When I started out making video for social media, pressing that record button felt like a weight around my neck. I didn't know how to stand. I didn't know how to speak.
All of the naturalness and conversation was gone because I couldn't shake the feeling that I was talking to a machine!
Luckily I knew some exercises from acting training that I could adapt that helped me relax and build a relationship with the camera. Those, and some training from a professional videographer to fill out the gaps of my technical knowledge, have all contributed to the joy I now feel when I get to share my message via video.
I know it can all feel overwhelming, but it really doesn't have to be.
In just 15 minutes a day you will learn (and implement) the most important things you need to know to show up as your relaxed confident self, while also looking pleasingly professional!
